China TransInfo TransPLE Passenger Flow Detection System

China TransInfo TransPLE Passenger Flow Detection System

Product Profile
China TransInfo'rsquo;s TransPLE Passenger Flow Detection System (the 'ldquo;TransPLE'rdquo;) is a precise passenger flow detection product targeting high population density areas.'nbsp; It forms a distributed multi-sensor network by using several laser scanners and cameras to achieve seamless coverage and multi-level data collection within high density traffic areas. The TransPLE improves passenger dispatching, emergence response management and public transportation services to build safe, efficient passenger transportation systems by analyzing passenger flow statistics, including speed and direction.

The TransPLE accurately detects and tracks the motion of each passenger high density traffic areas and can be applied to the statistics of passenger flow in channels up to 10 meters wide with an accuracy rate that exceeds 95%.

The TransPLE is researched and developed by China TransInfo Technology Group Co., Ltd and Peking University Electronics Engineering and Computer Science School, with advanced techniques, stable performance and reliable quality. The TransPLE overcomes limitations in detection scope and flow density that foreign competitors have encountered in their applications. This is a truly unique system in China.
