The Intelligent Traffic Management Platform is a comprehensive platform specially developed for urban traffic command centers and based on GIS technology. It utilizes data sharing and interaction among traffic signal controls, red light violation snapshots, traffic flow data, traffic guidance, security gate monitoring, GPS positioning, the 122 police alert hotline, and basic traffic data for the purposes of surveillance, control, management, linkage, planning and coordination. The system functions as an interface for all ITS subsystems and is the main module which serves to integrate intelligent traffic management systems.
