| SHUDONG XIA - Chairman & CEO |

Mr. Xia has been Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer since May 14, 2007. Mr. Xia founded the subsidiary, Chinafront, in 2000. From 2002, Mr. Xia, while with Chinafront, was involved with the “GIS-based digital city-services system study and demonstration”, one of the key projects of China 863-Plan. Prior to his involvement with Chinafront, Mr. Xia, was involved in several research projects at Peking University. In 2003, Mr. Xia received his PhD in Cartology and Geographic Information Systems from the Remote Sensing and GIS Institute of Peking University. He also serves on several government advisory committees for the development of GIS services for urban planning. |

| DANXIA HUANG - Vice President of Operations |

Ms. Huang has been Vice President of China TransInfo since May 14, 2007 and Director since May 26, 2007. Ms. Huang is in charge of Operations. From November 2006, Ms. Huang was Vice President of our subsidiary Chinafront, where she was in charge of Strategic Development, Business Administration Management and Finance. From April 2005, Ms. Huang was the Vice President of First City Investment Inc. of Hong Kong. From April 2001, Ms Huang worked at Beijing Business Travel Holiday Net-Tech Co., Ltd., an internet company, as Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Huang has a Master’ s Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Murdoch University of Australia. |

Mr. Zhang serves as the Chief Financial Officer of China TransInfo Technology Corp. Prior to joining China TransInfo, Mr Zhang held CFO positions in several companies including China’s largest automotive technician training school chain and a fast moving consumer goods (“FMCG”) company in China backed by large institutional investors. Before that, Mr. Zhang worked in Hong Kong and Shanghai as the Asia Pacific Controller of DraftFCB as well as the Asia Pacific Lead Area Controller of Interpublic Group of Companies (a Fortune 500 company and the parent company of DraftFCB). From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Zhang worked in Atlanta, Georgia as a Project Leader at MCI WorldCom. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Zhang worked in the finance function at various multinational companies in the United States where he obtained extensive experience in finance, accounting and internal controls. Mr Zhang has strong operational management experience in the technology, manufacturing and FMCG industries and extensive experience in merger & acquisition activities. Mr. Zhang is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and an internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 expert. He holds an MBA in accounting from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgia State University. |

Mr Shan Qu serves as the Vice President of China TransInfo Technology Corp. Mr Shan Qu has served as the General Manager of UNISITS Technology Co., Ltd. since November 2002. From September 1995 to November 2002, he served as the general manager in the intelligent transportation and engineering control department of Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Limited. From October 1993 to September 1995, he worked as the sales manager in the automatic engineering department of Peking University Founder Group Co., Ltd. . Prior that time, he was a technician in Beijing Motor Factory. Mr Shan Qu is an associate professor of senior engineer. He holds an MBA from Business School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and .a Bachelor of Science in electrical appliance from Shenyang University of Technology. |

| ZHIPING ZHANG - Vice President of Research and Development |

Mr. Zhang has been Vice President of Research and Development since May 14, 2007. Mr. Zhang is in charge of the R&D and GIS application service in Real time Traffic Sector. From July 1995, Mr. Zhang has been a professor at the Remote Sensing and Geography Information Institute at Peking University. Beginning August 1997, Mr. Zhang was the lead expert and head of software department in Basic Engineering for GeoBasic, a Japanese GIS company. In 1995, Mr. Zhang led the development of the first Geo-info system software-Citystar, which was awarded the “Excellence Product Awards” in the first “Domestic GIS Software Assessment”. Mr. Zhang has a Master’s Degree in Remote Sensing and Geography Information from Peking University.

| ZHIBIN LAI - Vice President of Technology |
|
From 2000, Mr. Lai has been Vice President of Chinafront, where he was in charge of the GIS application service for the transportation sector. Mr. Lai has extensive experiences in system planning, analysis and project management and is involved in a variety of comprehensive software development projects at Chinafront. From 1998, Mr. Lai was head of the Software Department of Fangda Centry Group (Beijing) where he was in charge of the GIS Study Center in City and Environment Department at Peking University. Mr. Lai received his PhD in Remote Sensing from GIS Institute of Peking University. |
